Overview and Login

The Capacity Management Application (CMA) assists care managers in managing housing and funding for people served by OPWDD.

Both certified and uncertified housing subsidies are included in the application. This system provides OPWDD users and its regional offices a comprehensive view of capacity requirements and availability; automated processes that will allow staff to directly focus on serving OPWDD eligible people seeking housing more efficiently and effectively.

The application supports the Certified Residential Administrative Memorandum.
