Johnathan Piestrzynski

Johnathan Piestrzynski

When Johnathan Piestrzynski first began hiking, it was just a fun hobby. Little did he know he’d one day be joining the exclusive “Adirondack 46er” club. “Adirondack 46rs” are those who have hiked to the summit of each of the 46 Adirondack peaks.

His hiking has motivated him to stay fit and he enjoys all kinds of sports, including cross country skiing, tennis and working out at the gym. He tries to get in about 30 hours of exercise each week.

Since he accomplished the 46er goal, Johnathan has gone on to travel as far as Austria to participate in the Special Olympics World Games two years ago and found a new love of exploring new places. He hopes in the future to travel more, including visiting Boston to see a Red Sox game and heading down from the North Country to see the Giants play in New Jersey.

And that is what makes Johnathan One of a Kind.
