John Fitzgerald

John Fitzgerald

When John Fitzgerald saw his brothers skiing as a boy, he wanted to get out there and join them on the slopes. John’s dad taught him to ski at Mt. Pisgah by having him hold onto the end of a ski pole. Today, John still enjoys his time on the mountains and has completed the Tupper Lake Winter Triad and Saranac Lake 6er hiking challenges. When he is not working at Sodexo at Paul Smith’s College or playing mini golf or bowling, John says he prefers the views, physical activity and fresh air that skiing and hiking offer.

Ultimately, John would like to complete the Adirondack/Catskill Mountains Fire Tower Hiking Challenge, Hamilton County Fire Tower Challenge, Indian Lake Challenge 4-3-2-1 Hikes, Moriah Hiking Challenge, Fulton Chain Trifecta winter and summer hiking challenges and Adirondack 46er Hiking Challenge. He also wants to downhill ski in Oregon and Washington states.

And that is what makes John One of a Kind.
