Ernestine Murray was named one of the Bernard Fineson DDSOO 2024 DSPs of the Year due to her dedication and strong work ethic.
Sharon Marshall, Developmental Assistant III says Ernestine puts her entire effort into making sure that the people who live in the home where she works are living their best lives. She says it is apparent to anyone who works with Ernestine that she thoroughly enjoys the work that she does.
“She routinely goes above and beyond,” says Sharon Marshall, Developmental Assistant III. “She is always setting up fun inclusion activities and the people living there appreciate her hard work.
“Ernestine creates a warm and enjoyable environment for the people living in the home,” says Marshall She also does a great job supporting the staff who she supervises, and this creates a strong foundation for the people living there to reach their potential.
“Ernestine continuously goes above and beyond. She loves her job and the people she works with,” she says. “Ernestine has dedicated her life to helping people with developmental disabilities live richer lives.”
