IBR provides specialized neurological, genetic, psychiatric, behavioral, laboratory, and early intervention evaluation services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

Service Programs

The George A. Jervis Clinic is a tertiary-level clinic that offers specialized diagnostic and consultative services for children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities and conducts clinical research in the field of developmental disabilities.

The Specialty Clinical Laboratories conducts specialty testing for a variety of genetic, metabolic, and neurodegenerative disorders. 

The Early Intervention Evaluation Center provides assessments in cognitive, speech and language, motor, social and emotional, and adaptive behavior development for neonates, infants, and toddlers, from birth to age three. It also helps develop plans for early intervention services, when necessary.
