Overview
OPWDD will dedicate a percentage of the enhanced FMAP funding to improving and updating its outdated IT infrastructure. Immediate investments will improve and stabilize a range of agency activities, including processes involved in agency personnel functions, staff training, service access for people with developmental disabilities, management of certified residential service capacity across the system, eligibility processing, data analytics and more. The improvements will greatly improve efficiency of operations and agency capacity for data analysis and communication.
