Georgia Shedden

REGION: 5 – (Metro)

Position: DSA

ABOUT GEORGIA: The individuals in the Aldus IRA have found a strong, vocal advocate in Georgia. Supporting non-verbal/non-ambulatory individuals, she makes a special effort to find out their wants/needs and likes/dislikes. Georgia’s supervisor says she can answer any question asked about their care.

Jeanine Crawford, TTL says Georgia made a strong impression on her when she advocated for an ill individual.  Georgia made it her business to relay her concerns and was instrumental in providing the clinical team information. Crawford says “Georgia is an excellent example of the kind of DSP we like to see. She is strong in her concern, care and commitment to the people we support.”
