Be Your Own Advocate


OPWDD has created this web page as a resource that self-advocates and advocates can use to help you choose your supports and services.  OPWDD believes that a real choice is an informed choice.  The following are a list of links that can be used to obtain information that will help you choose services:

Provider Directory – Find a list of providers of supports and services in your area.  Search by city, county, etc.

Provider Information –  Find out what types of services an agency currently provides.  This site also provides some information about the quality of an agency’s services.  It is currently in development.  It is OPWDD’s intent to continue to add information as it becomes available
