Enrollment in the Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA-IDD) care coordination program will begin in March with services beginning as early as April 1, 2016. You are eligible to enroll if you are at least age 21, receive both Medicare and Medicaid coverage, and you receive long-term care and developmental disability services.  The program is available to you if you live in NYC, Long Island, Westchester, or Rockland Counties.    The FIDA-IDD program, will offer more opportunities to be involved in your care planning and to direct your own service plan through a care plan...
