Attached is an Invitation for Bid for 2023-2028 Telephone Triage Nursing Services in Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson, and St. Lawrence Counties IFB SUN 060823.
OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Sunmount NY DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Telephone Triage Nursing Services in Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson, and St. Lawrence counties. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, providing advice to OPWDD staff caring for developmentally disabled individuals during evening/overnight hours and holidays. Nurses providing the telephone triage service must be Registered Nurses (RNs), licensed to practice in NYS. Please see IFB for more details.
References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. All bidders must submit at least three (3) work references that verify that the bidder or its principals have at least three (3) years of relevant experience to complete the work listed in the Qualifications and Scope of Work. Bid Opening will be conducted via Webex, not in person. Please refer to the IFB, Pg. 6, Section 13.A. (4) for details.
The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder providing the lowest Combined Estimated Annual Total Cost for services.
Prevailing Wage will not be applicable.
