Attached, please find an Invitation for Bid for 2023-2028 Snow Removal and Ice Control Services in Cortland, Herkimer, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego Counties. Central NY DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Snow Removal and Ice Control Services at multiple locations in Cortland, Herkimer, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego Counties. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder(s) that provides the lowest Total Combined Cost Per Season for each cluster. Bidders may bid on one or more clusters. Multiple Contracts may be awarded from this IFB. Prevailing Wage will apply.
