Attached is the Invitation for Bid for 2024-2027 Community Snow and Slush Removal, and Ice Control Services in Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties for Capital District DDSOO. OPWDD is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Community Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services at multiple community homes located in Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties, for 36 months.
Complete the Cost Proposal section for each Cluster you would like to bid on. Vendors may bid on one or up to seven Clusters. Up to seven contracts may be awarded. All locations included within a Cluster are to be serviced by the Bidder who is awarded the contract for that Cluster. References, experience, and applicable insurances are required. Contract(s) will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive bidder(s) that provides the lowest Total Combined Cost per Season. Prevailing Wage will apply.
If you are interested, please submit 1 original of the IFB Cost Proposal Pages along with 1 original set of all the mandatory supporting documents. The Sample Contract Template is for reference only. Please review the document, familiarize yourself with the language, but do not submit the Sample Contract Template with your bid. The Sample Contract Template is not a required document.
