2024-2029 Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems and Water Heater Inspections, Start-Up, and/or Maintenance and Repair Services in Taconic

Attached is an Invitation for Bid for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems and Water Heater Inspections, Start-Up, and/or Maintenance and Repair Services in Dutchess, Putnam, and Ulster Counties.

OPWDD ‘s Contract Management Unit for Taconic DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform HVAC and Water Heater Systems Start Up, Maintenance, and Repair Services in approximately 70 community homes/sites in Dutchess, Putnam, and Ulster Counties. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, annual inspection and start-up services, maintenance services, and repair services of HVAC and Water Heater systems.

Please see the attached IFB for more details. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurance are required. All bidders must submit at least three (3) work references that verify the bidder or its principals have at least three (3) years of relevant experience to complete the work listed in the Qualifications and Scope of Work. Bid Opening will be conducted via Webex, not in person. Please refer to the IFB, Pg. 6, Section 13.A. (4) for details.

The Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder(s) that provide the lowest Total Estimated Annual Combined Cost per Cluster. Multiple contracts may be awarded.

Prevailing Wage will be applicable.
