Attached is the IFB for the upcoming Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems and Water Heater Inspections, Start Up, and Maintenance contract for Capital District DDSOO. OPWDD is soliciting bids from responsible and qualified contractors to provide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems and Water Heater Inspections, Start Up, and Maintenance for OPWDD from 2/1/2024 through 1/31/2029. References and applicable insurances are required. Capital District DDSOO intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest Total Annual Estimated Combined Cost per Cluster. Prevailing wage will apply. If you are interested, please submit 1 original copy of the IFB Cost Proposal Page(s) along with 1 original copy of all the mandatory supporting documents.
