OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Capital District DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Laundry Services at Camp Wilton in Saratoga County. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, one pickup per week of soiled linen items from Camp Wilton and one delivery per week of clean, sanitized, and usable linen items to Camp Wilton. Camp season runs approximately June 15th through August 20th. The contract term is anticipated to be for five years.
References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. All Bidders must submit at least three (3) work references that will verify the Bidder, or its principals, have at least three (3) years of relevant experience to complete the work as listed in Qualifications and Scope of work.
The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive Bidder that provides the lowest Total Estimated Annual Cost for All Required Laundry Services. Prevailing wage will not apply.
