OPWDD has issued a Request For Quote, as attached, for the replacement of a condensate surge tank located at 930 Willowbrook Rd, Building 12G, Staten Island, NY. Staten Island DDSOO is soliciting quotes from responsible and *qualified MWBE, SDVOB, or NYS Small Business contractors, with intent to award to a qualifying contractor providing the lowest cost quote. If applicable, please provide a copy of your firm’s MWBE or SDVOB certification when submitting a quote. References, experience, and applicable insurances are required. Prevailing wage will apply. Contractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration at the time of the quote submission for any Article 8 project. A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for 10:00am, September 23, 2025. Contractors must attend to have their quote considered. Quotes are due by 2:00pm October 15, 2025. E-mail submissions are valid. Please see attached RFQ SI 101525 for additional information about submission requirements.
