Attached is the IFB for the upcoming 2026 - 2031 Campus & Community Plumbing Services in Queens County for Bernard Fineson DDSOO. OPWDD is soliciting bids from responsible and qualified contractors to provide Campus & Community Plumbing Services. References, experience, and applicable insurances are required. Bernard Fineson DDSOO intends to award contracts to the most responsible and responsive contractors that provide the lowest Total Annual Estimated Combined Cost. Prevailing wage will apply.
If you are interested, please submit 1 original copy of the IFB Cost Proposal Page and the Cost Proposal Signature Page along with 1 original copy of all the mandatory supporting documents.
Contractor and its subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration at the time of the bid submission for any Article 8 project.
