Attached, please find an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Campus Lawn Care and Maintenance Services in Dutchess County - IFB TAC 120825.
OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Taconic DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Campus Lawn Care and Maintenance Services in Dutchess County. Contractors must have adequate lawn care and maintenance equipment to perform these services. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to Spring Clean-Up, Lawn Care Maintenance, and Fall Clean-Up of approximately 110 acres of lawn.
There is a MANDATORY site visit for this procurement. Please see details in the IFB attached. All bidders MUST attend if they wish to submit a bid.
Experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. All bidders should submit at least three (3) work references that will verify that the bidder or its principals have at least two (2) years of relevant experience to complete the work as listed in Qualifications & Scope of Work.
Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder who attended the mandatory site visit and provides the lowest Total Seasonal Price for all Campus Lawn Care and Maintenance Services.
Prevailing wage will apply.
Bid opening will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Please refer to IFB, page 6 Section 13.A.(4) for detailed instructions.
