2026 - 2031 Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Water Heater Inspections, Start Up, and/or Maintenance and Repair/Replacement Service in Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, and St. Lawrence Counties

Attached is the IFB for the upcoming Community HVAC Service in Clinton, Essex, Franklin, Hamilton, and St. Lawrence Counties. OPWDD is soliciting bids from responsible and qualified contractors to provide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Water Heater Inspections, Start Up, and/or Maintenance and Repair/Replacement Service for a five year term. References and applicable insurances are required. Inspections, start-up, and winterization services are not covered by Article 8 of the New York State Labor Law. Prevailing Wage will apply to all repairs, replacements, and modifications provided under the contract.  The PRC number for this Contract is PRC# 2026001767. OPWDD intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive bidder that provides the lowest Total Annual Estimated Combined Cost per Cluster for OPWDD. Contractor and its subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration at the time of the bid submission for any Article 8 project.
