Attached is the IFB for the upcoming 2026 Elevator Jack Replacement for O.D. Heck Campus - Building 10 in Schenectady County for Capital District DDSOO. OPWDD is soliciting bids from responsible and qualified contractors to provide Elevator Jack Replacement for O.D. Heck Campus – Building 10 for OPWDD. References, experience, and applicable insurances are required. Capital District DDSOO intends to award a contract to the most responsible and responsive contractor that provides the lowest Total Cost for Building 10 Elevator Jack Replacement. Prevailing wage will apply.
Please note that a Site Visit is mandatory to submit a Bid. The site visit is scheduled for 1:00PM on April 22, 2026.
If you are interested, please submit 1 original copy of the IFB Cost Proposal Page and the Cost Proposal Signature Page along with 1 original copy of all the mandatory supporting documents.
Contractor and its subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration at the time of the bid submission for any Article 8 project.
