Attached is an Invitation For Bid for Locks and Associated Products for OPWDD DDSOO locations throughout NYS- IFB SW 012524.
OPWDD ‘s Contract Management Unit for DDSOO locations throughout NYS solicits sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to procure Locks and Associated Products. The Scope of Work includes but is not limited to the procurement of locks and associated products, pinning, combination, and key-cutting service.
Please see the attached IFB and Addendum for more details. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurance are required. All bidders must submit at least three (3) work references that verify the bidder or its principals have at least three (3) years of relevant experience to complete the work listed in the Qualifications and Scope of Work. Bid Opening will be conducted via Webex. Please refer to the IFB, Pg. 7, Section 13.A. (4) for details.
The Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder(s) that provide the lowest Grand Total Cost per Cluster. Multiple contracts may be awarded.
Prevailing Wage will not be applicable.
