The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is issuing the OPWDD Official Response to Questions and the July 26th, 2022 version of the Managed Care Assessment Request for Proposals (RFP Version 2). Also attached is the Summary of RFP Version 2 – Addendum 1, which contains a summary of the substantive changes that were made to the June 29, 2022 version of the RFP. Offerers are advised to review the July 26th, 2022 version of the RFP (RFP Version 2), in its entirety.
