The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) did not receive written questions in response to the Reposting of Grant Opportunity: Crisis Services for Individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (CSIDD) and Resource Center REGION 3 IMPLEMENTATION Request for Applications (RFA). However, section 7.5.3 of the RFA has been modified to correct a typographical error and is attached here in the form of an addendum.
Applications are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 3rd, 2022.
By this Request for Applications (“RFA”), the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (“OPWDD”) is seeking applications from Not for Profit (NFP) organizations authorized to do business in New York State to serve as the provider of Crisis Services for Individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (CSIDD) and a Resource Center in OPWDD’s Developmental Disabilities Regional Office 3 (“Region 3”). The RFA process will result in one independent grant contract between the successful applicant and OPWDD.
