The purpose of this email is to inform you of the OPWDD WNY Contract HUB issuance of the 2018 OPWDD CNY DDSOO Snow Removal Services Invitation for Bid for sites located in Herkimer, Lewis, Madison, and Oneida Counties.
If you are interested in placing a bid on any/all of the Lots included in this procurement, you MUST submit the following in order to have your bid considered:
- Two (2) original, signed Exhibit A – 2018 Snow Removal Services Bid Forms for any/all the Lots you choose to bid on
- Two (2) original, signed and notarized AC 3290-S Vendor Responsibility Questionnaires
- Two (2) original Vendor References Forms
Failure to submit any the above listed items with your Bid Package submittal will result in your bid being disqualified.
All bids are due by Monday, July 16th, 2018 at 2:00 pm. Only US Mailed and hand delivered Bid Package submittals will be accepted; no faxed or emailed bids will be accepted.
