OPWDD is issuing a Solicitation of Interest (SOI) to not-for-profit agencies for the purpose of finding a field of potential applicants who would be interested in providing services on a statewide basis to individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury prior to the age of 22. The current contract is expiring 12/31/2021, services must be implemented by 1/1/2022. Funding for these services will be awarded to a not-for-profit organization.

This Solicitation of Interest (SOI) is not a request for proposals and does not represent a commitment to issue a Request for Proposals nor does it constitute a commitment to award a contract. The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is soliciting Letters of Interest in order to determine the best method for procuring the services described in the Contract Reporter Notice. Letters of Interest must be emailed to [email protected] no later than 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 9th, 2021.
