Independent Practitioner Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (IPSIDD) services include the following clinical services, delivered by a clinician licensed in New York State or otherwise specified in the regulation, that are not delivered as part of an individual’s residential and/or day habilitation service:

- Physical therapy (PT)
- Speech and language pathology
- Psychology
- Social work
