OPWDD offered trainings will be available in the Statewide Learning Management System (SLMS). The SLMS will allow you to enroll in classes, print certificates and handouts, launch online learning, and view your learning history. NYS OPWDD Direct Care Training Requirements guide
The purpose of the NYS OPWDD Direct Care Training Requirements guide is to provide a tool to assist providers to assess, implement and coordinate required training for direct care staff. Requirements originate from OPWDD sources such as laws, regulations, and Administrative Memorandums (ADMs).
