Overview
The safety and security of people receiving services from OPWDD is our number one priority. In coordination with the New York State Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs, OPWDD has established requirements and oversight procedures to help ensure they are protected.
For Willowbrook class members, there are additional notifications and procedures that must be followed.
